If you are not satisfied with item you purchased, you might return for a replacement or refund. The item must be returned in new condition in original package within 3 days upon the receipt. Should you contact us first before you return it. Please be reminded that customer would be responsible for the postage for returning the item. In case item is broken, customer should provide us the proofs and photos of broken item in order to request for a replacement or refund.
We will ship an order by International Air Parcels, you are expected to receive it within 10-25 business days. The customer will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and brokerage fee that might be charged at destination country.
