Return and Refund Policies

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you might return for a replacement or refund. The item must be returned in a new condition in the original package within 3 days upon the receipt. Should you contact us first before you return it. Please be reminded that the customer would be responsible for the postage for returning the item.

In case an item is broken, customers should provide us with proofs and photos of the broken item in order to request for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

We will ship an order within 3-5 business days (in some cases it might take up to 10 business days) upon the receipt of payment. We offer free shipping and our shipping options are flexible depending on the customer’s country as follows:

Express Mail Service (EMS): 7-10 business days.
DHL, FedEx: 5-7 business days.

The customer will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and brokerage fee that might be charged at the destination country.

Cancellation Policy

The customer is only able to cancel an order within 1 business day after placing it.
